Event Parking & Directions
Most Performance Riverside events will take place on RCCD property. As such, all event parking will adhere to the district’s parking procedures as defined here – RCC Parking and Directions.
Parking permits are required to park on campus or on district property. Vehicles without permits may be subject to citation. Permits can be acquired through kiosks located in the parking lots or by using the free ParkMobile app for Apple and Android devices (zone numbers provided below.)
When parking on campus or other district locations, patrons should park in WHITE spaces only. If you park in a YELLOW space, you risk citation. ADA parking is available at all locations.

The Landis Performing Arts Center and its box office are located on the campus of Riverside City College, 4800 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92506. For events at Landis, it is recommended that you park in the parking structure on the northwest side of campus – located on the corner of Magnolia & Terracina Dr. If you wish to conduct business with the box office during normal operating hours, there is short term parking available for guests in Lot C. Please refer to the Google map below, or click here for the interactive RCC Campus Map.
Please avoid parking on the city streets as those areas are closely monitored by city police and neighborhood residents.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From the 91 freeway, take Exit 63 for 14th St. If Eastbound from Corona/Beach Cities, turn left onto 14th St. If Westbound from San Bernardino, use the right lane to merge onto Mulberry St., and turn right onto 14th St. Turn left onto Magnolia Ave. Turn left onto Terracina Drive to access the parking structure or turn left onto Ramona Drive to access the parking lots.
DIRECTIONS:
Eastbound on 91 freeway from Corona/Beach Cities: Take Exit 64 toward University Ave. Continue onto Mulberry St. Turn left onto University Ave.
Westbound on 91 freeway from San Bernardino: Take Exit 64 for Mission Inn Ave. Use the middle lane to turn Right onto Mission Inn Ave. Turn left onto Lime St. Turn right onto University Ave.
